I remember, years ago, when I was completing all my management training, we&#039;d always hear the same old &quot;People might tell 10 others about a good experience, but they will tell everyone about a bad one&quot;. You&#039;re right, I know when something does not work right, I tend to tell everyone too.</description>

		<description>Ok, you got me. I didn&#039;t notice anything unusual in the picture. I can tell you though from my own experiences that word-of-mouth works, and you&#039;re right, it works in both directions. I have gotten several clients for my website development company because other clients recommended me to them. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I always warn my friends when I&#039;ve received poor service from somebody I&#039;ve spent my hard-earned money and time on.</description>
